In the newest interview for IGN.com, WildStar Design Producer Stephan Frost showcased customizable mounts. This is one of the elements of customization that’s put in the game. As stated in the interview, Mounts won’t only be a quick way to travel, they will also be a way to show off player’s own personal style with deep customization system.

Personalization is important in WildStar and that’s why Carbine Studios developed deep customization system. One of the core elements of the game are customizable houses, and also one of the things we didn’t know so much until now.
 
WildStar Design Producer Stephen Frost did another interview for IGN.com, this time focusing only on house customization and explaining why it is important in this game.

Pax East 2014 – WarPlots trailer

Pax East 2014 show floor is closed for the day, and a bunch of exclusive information have been unveiled through different panels at WildStar Booth #562. For all of you who didn’t have a chance to see the latest Warplots trailer, take a look at the video below and you’ll realize why WarPlots are one of the most anticipating PvP features.
 


Path Gear Vendors revealed

According to Telliks, Carbine Studios Staff, Path Gear Vendors are coming soon in Thayd and Illium. Many WildStar players reported that they accidentally sold Path gear, and Carbine team decided to add some vendors in capital cities for both Exiles and Dominions that will sell lowbie Path gear for all adventurers. These new vendors will be added in during a future hotfix maintenance. unrevealed
 


Patch Notes Build 6658

This latest WildStar update available from May 1st, comes with a handful of changes which include improvements to classes, housing system, user interface, tradeskills, dungeons and much more.

General

  • Housing and Shiphand missions should no longer cause large amounts of lag.
  • Fixed a number of issues that were causing server crashes and instability.
  • Players falling under the world should no longer end up getting stuck. Such situations will be auto-detected and Players will have to resurrect immediately to the nearest safe spot.
  • Fixed a bug which was preventing some Players from entering the world.
  • Effective level (used when mentoring or rallying) can no longer be outside the normal level ranges.
  • Story panels should no longer cause a server message bug.
  • Fixed some issues related to cross-realm transfers.
  • Players should no longer encounter infinite loading screens.
