At the recent press event in California Jeremy Gaffney, president of Carbine Studios, revealed many interesting facts addressing Beta Stats, the current state and future of the WildStar. When speaking about numbers, there have been more than 1.4 million Beta sign-ups since 2011, while approximately 800,000 players signed-up during the last few months. The number of players who had a chance to participate in WildStar Close Beta at least once is significantly lower, about 160,307 players, and they created 505,514 characters, 45% in the Dominion faction, 55% with the Exiles.

Feature Plans
A launch date announcement is coming soon, and the future plans for developers at Carbine Studios are mainly related to polishing in-game features before launch, and preparing monthly content updates post-launch.
