4. Search The Emperor’s Blessing for any witnesses that may know of Toric or Artemis’s whereabouts
5. Break up the fighting at the The Emperor’s Blessing
6. Ask a Patron at The Emperor’s Blessing if they’ve seen Toric or Artemis
