In order to access the Phage cannon, Avra Darkos wants you to assassinate the Spineridge Commander at Spineridge Nest to gain entry to the Corrupted Installation. The Skurge commander is the only one with the proper access codes.

1. Kill Spineridge Commander at Spineridge Nest
2. Gain access to the Eldan cannon by stepping onto the teleporter at Spineridge Nest
