Exile communications in the Northern Wastes are weak and spotty. Help to create a more efficient network by marking new beacon locations with flares near the Atmospheric Control Facility and in Ghostpyre Plains.

2. Light the second Central Signal Flare in the Ghostpyre Plains
3. Light the third Northeastern Signal Flare in the Ghostpyre Plains
4. Light the fourth Eastern Signal Flare in the Ghostpyre Plains
