The bandits in Swiftfell Ridge and Blackburn Downs used to make slush for Bron Goldenhand, until they stole his recipe and started making their own, for lower prices. Bron Goldenhand is not gonna stand for that and has order you to kill any bandits you find in Swiftfell Ridge and Blackburn Downs.

2. Kill Blackburn pyromaniacs in the Blackburn Downs outside of Graylight
