1. Travel to the Forgotten Arena in Grimvault

2. Talk to Artemis Zin at the Forgotten Arena

3. Complete the imbuement quest “By Eldan Design” in the Forgotten Arena

4. Speak to The Caretaker at the Forgotten Arena
