Find a way to examine the Eldan Statue above Bio-Mech Facility Alpha

Activate Eldan Control Panel.

Use the elevator system to reach the higher platform.

At the platform with Statue of Visitation, take care of winds that blows. Keep moving in opposite direction to counter their effects.

Examine Statue of Visitation for the path mission completion.
