In box with pictures, just behind Clugg the Crazed, cellar – Clugg’s Panic Room. In order to enter this cellar, you need to be on “Put Him Down”, Kill Clugg the Crazed. This quest takes you to the house at the marked map location. There is a cellar shaft entrance inside the house.
