Quest that leads you here is “A Taste of Augmentation”, part- Explore the Essential Access Column. Datacube you are out for, is in the middle of this compound, next to a Safety Avatar.

Next to a Control Console, at the large platform. Killing Zeta Warbot that patrols on this platform gives you item that starts level 8+ quest “Mechanisms of War”.

At the center of Sylvari Glade. You need to jump to this location in order to reach it.

On a tiny island, at the center of a small pound, Rushing Glen. There are two Torine Bladesister NPCs “guarding” it.

On ground, second level of Godsbreath Terrace. Use nearby waterspout to ascend.

On ground, at the Northeastern part of Hear of the Godwood cave, behind a statue. You can reach the top of Godsbreath Terrace by jumping over many geysers in area. Quest that takes you here is “Godwood Ascension”, part- Enter the Gate to the Heart of the Godwood.
