Focused on a strong opening burst, this build opens up with 3 Concentrated Blades, follow by Haunt and Incapacitate, which both apply Expose. Then, at 5 power points, Mind Burst hits, ignoring shields due to Tier 8, and doing extra damage due to Exposes. For extreme burst damage, pop innate for extra Assault power, use Crush and Restraint to keep targets in place, Mind Burst again, then pop Fixation to throw in another very painful Mind Burst and reset all your cooldowns, allowing you to start from the top again, minus Concentrated Blades.
