Description

Establish a data uplink center near an Eldan computer outlet in the Elder Vault

Notes

Inside the Elder Vault, accessible through the portal in the middle of Star Comm Station. Once inside, you have to use Platform Control Panel in the second room, to spawn a platform you have to jump on. It will carry you to the room where you have to plant a device to complete this mission.
