Decades of exposure to the nearby Focus of Water have given the Calmwater Pell a natural attunement to water allowing them to let loose their physical limitations and be one with the Flow. This allows them to move more fluidly in battle. Short contact with them results in temporarily gaining this phenomenon.
The Calmwater Pell have developed an attunement to the element of water. The XAS would like to further study this phenomenon and understand how they have such control over an element.
