To access the Caretaker’s secret files, you must earn a Gold medal in Stormtalon’s Lair, Ruins of Kel Voreth, Skullcano Island, and the Sanctuary of the Swordmaiden on Veteran difficulty. Once complete, use the Undiscovered Panel and speak to The Caretaker in the Datascape to gain your certification.
