1. Recharge the first Savage Coast Power Generator along the Savage Coast
2. Recharge the second Savage Coast Power Generator along the Savage Coast
3. Recharge the third Savage Coast Power Generator along the Savage Coast
4. Activate the Radar Dish Control Panel near the Savage Coast Radar Dish
