Description

Chua sappers have moved into the area around Tempest Refuge and are attempting to destroy the makeshift barricades that block the town’s entrances. Check with Scout Cooper, at the Tempest Refuge Outer Wall, and see what must be done.

1. Speak to Scout Cooper at the Tempest Refuge Outer Wall

2. Kill Groundswell Chua outside the North Barricade
