I have read the reports concerning the Pell’s recent behavioral transformation – but I had not realized the true impact of the changes until I saw this building that they recently constructed without our knowledge. I can only describe it as some kind of religious temple, devoted to some undefined aquatic deity that a number of them have begun to worship.
I have been assured that this does not represent a threat to the success of the Project, but I personally find their strange devolution a point of concern.
