Near the statute, on higher waterfall level. Jumping over big mushrooms at the bottom of the waterfall, gives you necessary boost. There is a challenge in area called “Chasing Fireflies”, objective- Collect Fireflies near Celestial Falls. Quest that takes you here is “A Heralded Horn”, part- Retrieve the Primal Matrix.
